Installation Tools:
The MacLock Router Template is made from solid machined aluminium and
is designed for fast installation using a standard router along with a
router template bushing and the specially designed 5/16" x 4"
MacLock Router Bit.

Testing
The Maclock has been tested to 250,000 cycles, with trouble free operation
and minimal wear. They have also been subjected to The American National
Standards Institute and the Builders Hardware Manufacturing Association
"Bolt Impact Tests" (ANSI/BHMA - A156.5-1992 Section 10.7). These tests
incorporate a 99.2 lb weight, which repeatedly impacts the test door.
